Dr. Mascara fixer keeps the eyelashes perfectly lifted with a strong hold and maintains a clean eye look without smudging or dropping! Infused with Black Food extracts to condition lashes

Apply fixer at the whole length of lashes and then apply at the end to add fibers. Dry for 10-20 seconds and finish it off with mascara.

To use, coat each lash with the lash fixer and leave 10 to 20 seconds to dry. Then build up the volume with a mascara!
